It is about identifying a problem or opportunity and then suggesting a solution and the benefit
The idea can be from an individual or from a team collaborating together
We foster a safe place, where new ideas and thoughts are welcomed
Each month the Innovation Team will consider each idea and agree on the next steps
All ideas will be acknowledged with a Simpler. Smarter. Better. acknowledgement/thank you card
The originator(s) of the idea that can be progressed and implemented will be recognised with a $100 gift card
The best idea each calendar year will be rewarded with a plaque and a $1,000 gift card
